Booking Procedure & Price Guarantee:

Once the enquire it’s made the Algarve Golf Time agent will provide the client with all information, prices and availability for accommodation, activities, golf green fees, golf packages and all others tailor made requests.

Prices are based on Euro coin and are subject to exchange rates when paid in any other currency.

The price is shown on your confirmation invoice, and is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges other than any new tax, city tax or application of any existing tax, duty or levy being increased or extended. Algarve Golf Time reserve the right to increase or decrease the web prices at any time.

Travel Documents:

Clients are responsible for their documents such as passports, travel documents, health&care documents or any required visas that apply.

Baggage:

Personal baggage including: bags , baby chairs, golf bags, and etc. It is your responsibility.

Liability to the Client:

Algarve Golf TIme has taken all steps to ensure that your holiday in the Algarve advertised has been properly arranged and the accommodations and other organizations used are trustworthy, however the agency has no direct control over those businesses and it shall not be liable for their acts or omissions. Furthermore, all bookings are subject to any terms, conditions and limitation of liability imposed by such businesses. All holiday arrangements are subject to the conditions of the relevant supplier, some of which limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you, usually in accordance with international conventions. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions, which are available on request from the suppliers direct.

Golf Green Fee:

Once you reserve your holiday, we will look for your required Tee Times. We will then work our expertise to secure the times as close as possible to those requested. As soon as we have received confirmation from the golf clubs, we will notify you by email/phone.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your holidays you must contact Algarve Golf Time by email/phone 30 days prior your arrival. In this case a full refund less administration charge will be made.

If cancelled with less than 30 days, booking fees will be at the discretion of the Hotel, golf course or activities management and the Agency cannot be liable for recompense.

Complain Book:

If you have a complaint, you must discuss it at the time with the hotel, golf course, activities or with us directly. We are unable to consider complaints or claims for compensation if we have not been notified during your stay.  All complaints must be received in writing within 7 days of you departure from the hotel/Golf/Activities.
